Privacy Policy

Attention Citizens of the European Union (EU) -- Frisch and Denig Privacy and Consent Notice.

What information do we collect from you?

We collect your name, mailing address, email address, and the specifications related to your chinrest order (chinrest model, height, position, and wood preference), and if applicable, the type of the chinrest fitting kit you have ordered.

Why do we collect this information?

This information is collected so we can quickly reference your order in case of mail delivery issues; having the chinrest specifications available if you request an additional chinrest; or if you request modifications to your current chinrest.

This information is also collected so we can refer string players or teachers to you if you have ordered a chinrest fitting kit and have given consent to fit other players.

With whom might we share this information?

Frisch & Denig does not share chinrest order information with any third parties. It is used solely for mailing and communications purposes with the individuals who have ordered the chinrest.

Chinrest fitting kit information is shared only if the individual or institution who ordered the kit previously gave Frisch & Denig permission to refer players to their email address.

What do we do with this information?

We store the information on an Excel file and keep a hard (paper) copy backup.

How long do we keep this information?

We keep this information for one and one half years if you give us written consent.

Getting fitted for a chinrest is a process, so we may need to access your information when you make a request for a second chinrest, modifications to your current chinrest, or if you have given us written consent to refer players for a chinrest fitting.

How can I access the information that Frisch & Denig has collected about me?

Contact Gary Frisch by email at: gfrisch1@cox.net, or by phone at: 703-533-5883.

When do we provide individuals with the opportunity to give their consent to retain information?

We provide the opportunity to give consent to retain information as soon as the payment for the order is received. Information from individuals who do not place orders is not retained.

Can I withdraw my consent?

You can contact Frisch & Denig any time to withdraw your consent.
